Welcome to Mahj Styled (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of mahjstyled.com (the “Site”), the Mahj Styled Loft (the “Loft”), and our services, lessons, tournaments, events, and any related offerings (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
1. Use of the Site, loft, and Services
You agree to use the Site, the Loft, and Services only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms.
You may not:
Use the Site in any way that violates applicable laws
Attempt to access secure areas without authorization
Interfere with the Site’s functionality or security
Use the Site to transmit harmful or unlawful content
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any violation of these Terms.
2. Event, Lesson, and Service Bookings
A. Scheduling & Requests
When you submit a booking request for lessons, events, or tournaments, it does not guarantee availability.
We will confirm acceptance by email or phone.
B. Pricing
All pricing is subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed.
C. Deposits & Payments
Some events or services may require deposits or advance payments. These details will be provided during the booking process.
D. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations, refunds, or rescheduling options are governed by our Cancellation Policy (available upon request or posted on the Site).
We reserve the right to cancel or modify any event due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, illness, venue issues, or low enrollment. If this occurs, we will offer alternative dates or a refund if applicable.
3. the mahj styled loft & Mahj Styled Social Club
A. General Booking Policy
All bookings, packages, and memberships are subject to availability and must be reserved in advance through our booking system. By purchasing or booking any Mahj Styled Loft experience, you agree to the terms outlined below. We understand that plans can change and will always do our best to accommodate when possible. These policies allow us to maintain a consistent and high-quality experience for every guest at the table.
B Open Play & Class Bookings
All open play sessions and classes must be booked in advance.
Space is limited and reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.
C. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 12 hours in advance of your scheduled session.
Changes made within this window will not be refunded or credited.
D. No-Shows
Missed sessions without notice will be considered a forfeited booking.
E. Packages (Punch Cards & Prepaid Sessions)
All packages are non-refundable.
Sessions may be used for any open play unless otherwise specified.
Packages expire 365 days from date of purchase
Usage
One session is deducted per booking.
Late cancellations (within 12 hours) or no-shows will result in a session being deducted.
F. Memberships (Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly)
Memberships are designed to provide ongoing access and value.
Billing & Commitment
Monthly memberships renew automatically each billing cycle.
Quarterly and yearly memberships are billed upfront and are non-refundable.
Cancellations
Monthly memberships may be canceled at any time and will remain active through the end of the current billing period.
No refunds or partial credits are issued for unused time.
Usage
Membership benefits apply only while membership is active
Abuse of unlimited access (e.g., repeated no-shows) may result in restrictions.
G. Private Loft Bookings
A deposit or full payment may be required to secure your reservation.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to receive a refund or credit.
Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.
Rescheduling
One reschedule may be accommodated based on availability if requested in advance.
H. Loft Experience & Conduct
To maintain a welcoming and enjoyable environment for all guests:
Please arrive on time for your session.
Outside food and beverages are allowed but can be limited or restricted.
Guests are expected to treat the space, equipment, and other players with care and respect.
Mahj Styled reserves the right to refuse service or remove guests who do not adhere to these expectations.
I. Retail Purchases
All retail purchases are final unless otherwise noted.
Damaged or defective items may be eligible for exchange at our discretion.
J. Community & General Policies
Mahj Styled Loft offerings are designed for a small, curated experience; availability is limited.
Policies are in place to ensure fairness and consistency for all guests.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site—including text, images, logos, branding, lesson materials, course content, videos, graphics, and designs—is owned by Mahj Styled or licensed to us.
You may not:
Copy, reproduce, or distribute content without written permission
Use branding, layouts, or lesson materials for commercial purposes
Claim ownership of any content or design
Limited personal use is permitted for noncommercial purposes.
4. User Submissions
If you submit information, content, testimonials, or feedback, you:
Grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use that content for business or marketing purposes.
Confirm you have the rights to submit such content.
Agree not to submit anything unlawful, defamatory, or infringing.
We reserve the right to remove content at our discretion.
5. Email Communications
By submitting a form, joining a class, requesting an event, or subscribing, you agree to receive email communications from us relating to:
Bookings
Updates
Promotional content
Announcements
You may unsubscribe at any time.
6. Third-Party Services & Links
The Site may include links to external services (e.g., payment processors, venues, email platforms).
Mahj Styled is not responsible for:
The content or practices of third-party sites
Privacy or data handling by external services
You should review the terms and policies of any third-party sites you interact with.
7. Liability & Disclaimers
A. Assumption of Risk
Participation in lessons, events, tournaments, or in-person activities involves inherent risks. By participating, you voluntarily assume these risks.
B. No Guarantees
We make no guarantees regarding skill improvement, game outcomes, or availability of services.
C. Website Availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free website operation.
D. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mahj Styled is not liable for:
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of data, revenue, or profits
Injuries occurring during events, lessons, or gatherings
Actions of third-party venues, instructors, or contractors
Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mahj Styled, its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of:
Your use of the Site or Services
Violations of these Terms
Actions taken during lessons, events, or gatherings
Submission of unauthorized content

10. Age Requirements
The Site is intended for individuals aged 13 or older.
In-person lessons or events may require adult supervision for minors, depending on the nature of the booking.

Continued use of the Site after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
